Kenan Fellows as Leaders

Kishia Moore Fletcher

Kishia Moore 2011 Kenan Fellow Kishia Moore Fletcher recently led a workshop titled "Seeing, Wondering, Theorizing, Learning: A Two-Day Workshop on Inquiry-Based Instruction in K-5 Science." The powerful Mitchell County teacher got stellar reviews from colleagues: "This was a wonderful workshop! I enjoyed all of the experiments and hands on activities we participated in... It has inspired me to use more inquiry based lessons in my class and to seek out additional science workshops to enhance my understanding of scientific concepts... Very inspiring; Enjoyed the class! Great hands on experiments; Absolutely wonderful! ...No repetition from other workshops, great pace, engaging! I will look into Kenan Fellowship opportunities as a result."
