What I plan to gain from this fellowship.

During this fellowship I plan to gain several things:

1. A greater understanding of the manufacturing industry.
2. The tools to develop and implement a local course option for students who have an interest in manufacturing, management and business.
3. An arsenal of information and resources that will allow me to grow as an educator/educational leader.
4. New friends!
