I just love working with Lee at PlyGem. I have learned so much in just a few days. I appreciate that she opens her office and projects for me to be a part of. There are always several things going on at once.

I constantly think about how I can prepare elementary school kids to be innovative. They need to think. They need to connect the “missing” dots. It is not always a direct path to success.

I have so many ideas for providing “THINKING” for my elementary kiddos.
