Well, my final product isn’t totally done. I was naive to think it would be done in a year. Every one of my “great” lessons have evolved over several years, honestly. I have a rough draft and I have presented parts of my lesson with NC Farm Bureau Ag in the Classroom. I can not believe how much support I have had along the way. My mentors with Farm Bureau have been beside me the whole time, challenging me, supporting me, and helping me in ANY way possible.
I hope that I can continue to add more lessons to the Ag in the Classroom bank of lessons based on coastal NC. I will have the opportunity to attend the National Ag in the Classroom conference this summer, and hopefully that will add to my knowledge use an help me to come up with new ideas for my content.
