Hello and Welcome to my Blog!

This summer was filled with lots of fun filled activities, but also some much needed rest before the return of school.  What I hope to gain from my Kenan Fellowship is an invaluable experience that will last a lifetime.   During the process, gaining friends, and fellows that I will know for the rest of my life.  Although some of us are far away from one another that doesn’t change the fact that we all went through this experience together.

I hope to gain Professional Development that I can take back to my school and in part to the teachers I work with or our PLC.  Also, gain working knowledge as to how Red Ventures operates as our Mentors help guide us and offer their help to us in order to create the best product for students in CMS.

I know up to this point our cluster is committed to creating an amazing product that will have multiple levels of use as well as in-depth knowledge of Computer Science jobs in our region.  We want our product to be very impactful and useful for the students we serve today and in the future.  I say a product that’s ever changing with the times and relevant to students looking for ways to enhance their presence in the world of work.

So, I have so many things I want to gain from this fellowship, but one of the most important things for me is growth. Enjoy your day!!
