My name is Anne Pittman. I teach science at Duplin Early College High School in Kenansville in Duplin County, NC. This year I will teach Honors Biology, Honors Earth/Environmental Science, and AP Environmental Science. I have a Master of Science in Geology and NC Environmental Education Certification. I have worked as a geologist as well as teaching college and teaching at a school for students with learning disabilities and a school for students with behavioral and emotional disabilities. I have also been a program coordinator for an organization that developed and offered teacher workshops in environmental science and I have been the program director for after-school enrichment programs at two middle schools.
