I am an English teacher, want-to-be museum curator, mother of three, and year-round Wallace Rose Hill gopher.  If my students, colleagues, and administration need something done, I am there to help.  In other words, I have a hard time saying “no,”

I am completing my Kenan Fellowship with John Parker of Cottle Farms.  During my five week internship, I will work on a new whole fruit smoothie line made with muscadine grapes, strawberries, and/or blueberries.  While the smoothie has already been developed, I will get to work on production, marketing and distribution opportunities.
