Working with Dr. Hosni Hassan at Thomas hall with Brad Rhew and Cortney Gordon has been fun so far! We basically mash spleens, livers, and plated the resulting slurry. We then look at the plates to see if there is salmonella on them! Their usually isn’t!!! These trials are working towards a cure for salmonella.
