a mother to two beautiful girls (1 and 2 years old),
an avid hunter and lover of nature,
a chef lost in a working mom’s life,
and both a learner and teacher with a passion for all things related to agriculture.
My love for the new “local foods movement” brought me to the Kenan Fellows Program. Through this opportunity, I will be able to create curriculum for my classroom and for other teachers or public educators. I hope to create something that will ignite a passion for agriculture and sustainability in everyone.
