Hello everyone,

I am super excited to be a Kenan Fellow! I currently teach middle school in Durham, where I teach four sections of Design and Modeling and two sections of Advanced Green Architecture each semester. I know very little about nanotechnology other than what I have read in the papers and some basic research, but I am very excited to learn more. Many of my students are interested in the healthcare professions, but I am not always sure how to incorporate it into my curriculum and this is the perfect solution. My students are obsessed with the idea of 3D printing and they design some awesome things on SketchUp and Inventor. Design some projects based around nanotechnology and 3D modeling will be amazing not only for my students, but for myself as well. I can’t wait to meet everyone and get started!
