In an effort to be true to my brand, Creating Balanced Community, I’ve begun implementing what I call “Community Days” in my classroom. This is a time to celebrate our hard work, build relationships, and have fun!
Each community day I will present 5 Thumbie Awards (thumbs up trophies) to students that stand out in character. Thanks to Kenan staff and alumni for this awesome idea.
Here is the 1st round of recipients:
