Yesterday ended my three week internship at Google Fiber.  Thankfully, this was not good-bye forever though!  I am proud to say that my mentor, Jess George, and I have created three different STEAM To Go kits for elementary STE(A)M teachers in CMS to borrow and use in their classroom.  These kits are free to borrow and come with a teacher’s guide of instructions, lesson ideas and even literacy extensions.  My mentor believes in these kits so highly, that Google Fiber is having a free Tech on Tap event for teachers to mix and mingle and learn about the STEAM To Go Kits.  I will be sure to blog about the results of the event in the next few weeks.
