My first Blog….

I was extremely excited to arrive at NCCAT for the first training. I wanted to make sure I arrived timely because that is what leaders do.  I signed in and got organized.  Despite having lost my father only 2 week ago, I knew I needed to do a great job.  I am hoping to recharge my leadership skills and learn new methods and behaviors for my tool box.  I expect to leave this training with being able to strengthen my abilities and confidence in who I am and what I can accomplish.
