There are many things I hope to gain from the Kenan Fellows experience. I have already began to develop new relationships outside of my school system…networking. The sharing of ideas, knowledge, and best practices has been positive. I look forward to taking these innovative ideas back to my classroom as well as sharing them with my colleagues.

My first week of visits was extremely educational! I can’t wait to share this experience with my students. It is extremely important for today’s youth to understand the importance of agriculture and exactly what it means to the world.
