I am late posting this blog assignment because I kept trying to figure out an “AHA” moment…then it hit me…my entire fellowship has been an “AHA” moment. I can’t narrow it down to just one thing in particular because there are truly TOO many! This experience as a whole has been enlightening. I look back at the teacher I was last year to the teacher I have become throughout this experience; it’s indescribable. So, what is my “AHA” moment….becoming a “Kenan Fellow”! Being a Kenan Fellow has allowed me to see things through a different lense and has forever changed my way of teaching.

I feel the same way about our entire experience being a conutinuous A-Ha moment. So many connections were made, and each experience is valuable whether they are officially part of the PD or not. I have had many opportunities becuase of the fellowhip thus far, and look forward to many more moments of surprise to come!
