Hi!  I am a 2013-2014 Kenan Fellow and I am so excited to be joining such an incredible program.  I am currently a high school chemistry teacher at Wakefield High School in Wake County.  I’ve been teaching for 8 years now and I have discovered that while it can be a challenging job, it is also incredibly rewarding.  I love what I do and plan on teaching until retirement.  I just got married this past year, so my husband and I have been enjoying fixing up the house we bought recently.  I’m looking forward to a summer of new opportunities and experiences as we start the Kenan Fellowships!
