I have been teaching science in North Carolina for 17 years, 16 at West Forsyth High School.  I have a BS and MS in Chemistry from the College of Charleston and the University of South Carolina.  I am from SC but have lived here with my husband and 2 kids for 18 years.  We have a dog, a turtle and a goldfish.  In my spare time, I like to read, go to the beach, and watch my kids play soccer.
