Coming into this fellowship I am hoping to learn about being a more effective educator. I am hoping to feel a revitalized energy for teaching after a hard year. The pandemic took a lot from me emotionally but my love for teaching is deeper than a world crisis. I need to be reminded why I love this and what my true WHY is. As 3rd year educator going into my 4th year I know I want to be impactful but I’m not sure how to get there. This week I am hoping to learn how to make a path for myself. I am hoping to meet others who help to make my flame for this career and my passion stronger. I am hoping for inspiration. I am hoping to gain the confidence that I need to spark authentic inspiration in others.
