Looking back at the year… Have a progressed to where I had hoped?  Have a become the leader that the training provided?  Has a spirit of leadership blossomed within me?  A simple answer… YES!  This experience has moved me from leading in the background to understanding that my voice should be heard from anywhere in the room.  I am an awesome teacher leader with dynamic skills to match.  This fellowship has made me realize I do great things and that I should allow the world to celebrate with me by simply sharing.  My new lens…. Celebrate the work I do for the students I teach.  There will be failures, but as quoted in one of my favorite movie (Disney’s Meet the Robinsons) KEEP MOVING FORWARD!
