There are several things I hope to gain as a Kenan Fellow. Mainly, I hope to grow as a professional educator to the point that I will be a leader in the profession. It is my desire to be an encouragement to new teachers, a support to experienced teachers, and a useful resource to both. I am especially interested in assisting those in Career Technical Education, specifically the area of agriculture. I would love to be able to design and lead professional development to these teachers.
