About My Fellowship.

I am so excited to be a part of the Leading Educators to HomeBase fellowship. From the time we first met, our team of eight hit it off famously. Each of the seven gentleman and ladies bring something different and exciting to the table. I so look forward to being and working with each one. Not only are we professional colleagues, but I think it is safe to say we are friends.
My fellowship allows me to serve my fellow teachers, and hopefully help to make their jobs a tiny bit easier, by finding resources to assist them in teaching the various standards in each course. Someone else has already mentioned how we, as teachers, will often spend time searching for resources for a lesson–and spending quite a bit of time doing so. By finding the resources ahead of time and having them in HomeBase waiting to be used, this should prove to be a timesaver for teachers. I think this will especially be helpful to new/beginning teachers. Hopefully, this will remove one cause of discouragement.
