Last week Siobhan and I met with Mark Meno at FRC and discovered everything that goes on at this location and the wide range of engineering positions. It was exciting, overwhelming, intriguing and inspiring. We received a crash course into various departments at FRC as well as the personnel behind these departments.

The next day we met with Bill Fortney to gain more insight into the engineering process and see some things they have done in their engineering courses. It is a little intimidating trying to develop the best possible lesson plans for my kindergarten students, but I have no doubt in my mind that with the help of both of my mentors the lessons will be fantastic and exciting.
