The Fairview Solar Farm

February 1, 2015UncategorizedRyan Redd

FB_IMG_1422802754556FB_IMG_1422802769864Gentry Middle School teacher and Kenan Scholar Jamie Mosley jokes with officials about the cold weather closing schools early. Mosley talked to Fairview Solar Farm ribbon cutting ceremony participants about the educational opportunity the farm will fill for local students. The sun was shining, the wind blowing and we were making electricity! It was a honor and pleasure to speak at the Fairview Solar Farm Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.   Students will now have the opportunity to see firsthand the generation, transmission, distribution and delivery of energy — clean energy!
