As this school year is winding down, I am getting more and more excited about what this summer holds! I’m working on the E-Mammal project, which helps students study biodiversity in their schools’ backyards. It is always best to pursue authentic learning opportunities and this project seeks to give kids opportunities to be scientists, not just read about science.

I can’t wait to start!
