I think my fellowship has changed me in the way that I encourage students to apply for different careers. Before I knew there was so much more to agriculture but it was hard for me to relate it to anything other than farming. After my internship I am able to relate life science careers to agriculture do to research.
My internship was at BRITE at NCCU. I worked with different scientists and their assistants to do plant research.
