Dr. Robert J. (Bob) Witchger is Director of Career and Technical Education at NC Community Colleges where he is responsible for the implementation of program and activities funded under the Carl D. Perkins Career Technical Education Act; for mandated US Office of Education reporting requirements both fiscal and performance; for overall implementation of the Methods of Administration (civil rights compliance in vocational/technical programs); for assistance to 58 community colleges statewide in implementing and integrated funds to enhance local college career and technical education programs; for linking activities and services with the curriculum programs and student service activities originated or facilitated from the community college system office; for initiating policy development, evaluation of program and accountability for related Career and Technical Education programs.
