Bio

Paul Cancellieri is a National Board Certified middle school science teacher from the Raleigh-Durham region of North Carolina. A marine scientist who transitioned to the classroom 23 years ago, Paul’s focus is on improving student learning through better assessment and grading practices. He co-authored “Creating a Culture of Feedback” in December 2016 and published his first solo work, “Fifty AI Prompts for Teachers” in December 2024. You can find him on socials at @mrscienceteach.
