I hope that Kenan Fellows can elevate my teaching career by allowing me to experience how mathematics is applied within the real world in order for me to better connect my students to these types of applications. I think that collaboration with other professionals will have the greatest impact within my teaching. Being able to connect to industries within the community will also help me to prepare my students for real life skills.
