Dedication. Devotion. Excitement. Spirit. Passion.  Each of these words can be used to describe education. Each of these words can be used to describe career educators.   While these traits  are sought after, they are uncommon. This past week I had the opportunity to meet professional educators who exemplified these traits. It was refreshing to meet and talk with people who are excited about their classroom, their content, their pedagogy. Often, teachers feel isolated within their school, curriculum area, ect.  It is truly a special experience to be around 41 other passionate educators.  This experience has reaffirmed my commitment to education, seeing others with mindsets similar to mine reinvigorated my drive for education.
