Hospitals are, by nature, very complicated organizations.  Where in a manufacturing process the end product is produced in a very linear progression, hospitals function very organically.  One part plays off of another.  Hospitals and schools are very similar when it comes to providing an exceptional experience.  However, they are very different organizational structures. It is possible that LMH has benefited from my time at the hospital in regard to making training modules more accessible for their users.
