Bio

Taylor Waters Kelly, a 2019-20 Kenan Fellow, is an assistant principal at B.T. Bullock Elementary School with nine years of teaching experience and National Board Certification. Formerly an academically and intellectually gifted specialist and Multi-Tiered System of Support Chair, she was named Teacher of the Year for her school and Lee County District in 2023-24. During her Fidelity Investments-supported fellowship, she created a financial literacy curriculum for elementary students and a guide for Fidelity employees.
