Beth Edwards serves as the RttT Professional Development Consultant for the Northeast Region at the N.C. Department of Public Instruction.
Her role is to provide leadership, technical assistance, resources and consultative services to the North Carolina public and charter schools, aligned with the goals and mission of the Race to the Top State initiatives and with the goal of improving student learning and achievement through organizational development and professional learning.
She holds a B.S in Special Education and a M.Ed Special Education, Low-Incidence Populations from East Carolina University.
