Kumar Sathy currently serves as the District Equity Facilitator for Orange County Schools in Hillsborough, NC. He has over 20 years of experience teaching and leading in public, private, and international schools, with a primary focus on elementary and middle school instruction. Kumar’s undergraduate degree in Biopsychology continues to shape his approach to instruction, drawing on the latest research in cognitive science and human learning. He has a master’s in school administration and enjoys leading professional development sessions and workshops on a variety of topics.
