You will work with a wide variety of Novozyme team members, affectionately known as “Zymers”, in diverse functions to develop classroom curriculum supporting students’ knowledge and understanding of the rapid pace and science involved in bringing new enzyme products from discovery to commercialization.

As part of your fellowship, you will work with a Novozymes’ mentor and team to develop curriculum tailored to your specific interests and classroom needs. Specific areas could include characterizing new enzyme molecules, scale-up of new products, and manufacturing in accordance to international food safety standards.
