From Crops to Shops: Where Does Food Come From?
Partnered with industry experts, Jeff Bender, Danylu Hundley, Jan Marie Bartholomew, Michele Reedy and Gabe Cumming of the Warren County Farm Bureau and Warren County Economic Development, Ms. Boyd will discover how and why today’s farmers are able to meet the food needs of growing populations.
As Warren County’s newest authority in agricultural science, she is charged with exposing students to the food supply chain, careers in agriculture, historical shifts in farming and the critical need for farming to feed the world population.
