Ms. Martin will gain a real-world perspective of lean manufacturing, a production process that helps transform companies into highly-efficient and profitable enterprises.
Working with Jerry Lakey at Ingersoll Rand, she will be able to demonstrate the engineering and mathematical principles industries use to streamline resources and create efficient best practices in manufacturing.
Ultimately, she will use your knowledge of lean manufacturing methods to develop engaging lessons that inspire students to apply these principles in their own projects.
