From Ships to Trains and Trucks: Transporting Merchandise and Raw Materials in North Carolina
Partnered with a mentor at the North Carolina Center for Global Logistics, Mr. Monson will learn about the many aspects of logistics and develop classroom curriculum that allows students to explore diverse applications of logistics. He will participate in a multifaceted, collaborative project to gain an overview of the field and gain insight into how it can serve as a vehicle for teaching analytical skills and systems thinking in today’s K-12 classroom.
