Tracy Voreis, middle school science teacher, is the 2002 Teacher of the Year from the Durham School of the Arts. She has received numerous grants totaling over $10,000 for her classroom endeavors. As a Kenan Fellow, Tracy will work on Life: From Diversity to DNA with Dr. Patricia Bowers from UNC-CH.
