Charlotte Makoyo

Before working with Boys & Girls Club, Charlotte worked as an Assistant Teacher for Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools for five years. She planned, organized, and directed daily activities for school-aged children. Before becoming the Orange County Program Director, Charlotte worked for the Northside Club as a Group Leader, teaching Smart Moves and Smart Girls programs. Charlotte is a Navy Veteran. She attended North Carolina Central University where she received her degree in Early Childhood Education. Charlotte has also attended Williamston Community College and Eastern School of Technology.
