Marie Shelley is the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Fidelity’s North Carolina Participant Services team. She has 18 years of experience in contact center management, operations, and client management for large benefits outsourcing firms and has a proven track record of achieving business objectives through data-based analysis and driving high team performance. Shelley started her Fidelity career in 2006 managing Client Services and Operations in the Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit and Health, and Welfare products. She was promoted to Vice President in HW and DB Operations where she had operational responsibility for strategic client implementations like Disney, General Dynamics, and State Street Bank. She joined Participant Services in 2015 where she consistently delivered strong results while developing exceptional business performance and execution skills with her managers. She is a proud graduate of the UNC-Chapel Hill and currently holds the Series 7, 9, 10 and 63 security licenses. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on Blake (age 14) and Mason (age 12) in their many sports, and fiercely supporting her UNC Tar Heels.
