Nicki Heath is Director, Learning Delivery within Fidelity’s Workplace Investment group. As a learning and development professional, Heath leads teams of facilitators and instructional designers/developers across three geographical regions. She leads efforts around learner experience including technology exploration, platform adoption, artificial intelligence and virtual reality immersion in training. She has been in this role since January of 2015 and holds her FINRA Series 7 General Securities and Series 24 Supervisory Principal licenses. Prior to Fidelity, Heath worked for Apple, Inc. where she held multiple roles in the areas of talent acquisition, learning and development, and general management. Heath holds Bachelors degrees in Elementary Education and English Literature, graduating with Summa Cum Laude distinction from Fitchburg State University. Additionally, she served as her school’s Kappa Delta Pi Vice President, a National Honors Society in Education.
