Patricia Gilmore serves as the VP of Diversity and Inclusion for Holt Brothers Construction and has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry in the areas of supplier diversity and project management. She identifies diverse contractors and vendors for projects, establishes internal program goals, tracks program results, monitors contract compliance, and maintains relationships with clients and members of the local community. She is also part of the firm’s business development team. In recognition of her work, she has received the Greater Durham Chamber of Commerce Circle of Influence Diversity Award, the NC Department of Administration Office of Historically Underutilized Business Industry / Agency Individual Award, and a 2015 40 Under 40 Award from Triangle Business Journal.
