Engineering Design Lesson Plans and Related Materials
The materials presented in this wikispace are the product of a collaboration between Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) engineers, the NC State University BSE in Mechanical Engineering Program in Havelock, NC and me, an ordinary teacher, through the Kenan Fellows Program. After a five week summer externship and several professional development workshops, I have used the knowledge shared with me to create a two lesson unit on Engineering and the Engineering Design Process. Feel free to utilize any and/or all of the materials, and you can change them to meet your specific needs.
