Fellowship Experience

Industry Immersion

Since 2000, we have provided high-quality professional development for K–12 educators through collaborations with school districts, community colleges and universities, community organizations, and industry.

Educators are paired with a host organization for three weeks in the summer to establish connections between the skills and the content they teach and their applications in the workplace.

We work with various industries and higher education institutions including the NC Farm Bureau, North Carolina’s Electric Cooperatives, Biogen and other organizations statewide.
