Partnered with NC Department of Public Instruction expert Tammy Howard, Ms. DePerno will help to develop effective assessment items and tools to assess student growth using the “Measure of Student Learning Common Exams.”
In order to ensure the validity of exam questions, NC DPI seeks input from teachers. Ms. DePerno will play a critical role in developing and determining the validity of test questions used to assess student annual progress.
