Mr. Michel served as the director of operations for Wright Foods and has more than 30 years of experience in Operations with Kraft Foods. He has a strong background in all phases of Operations from Safety and Environmental Management, Engineering, Project Management, and Plant Management especially in new product startups and productivity generation.
