Ms. Hartzler is the statewide programs coordinator for the North Carolina Science Festival. She joined the Science Festival team in September 2013 and is responsible for the Festival’s K-12 programming. Previously, she served as executive director of the Schiff Natural Lands Trust in Mendham, N.J., and as program director of Duke Forest.
